No more spreadsheets, duplicate data entry, or rebuilding the same paperwork. Our credentialing software solutions simplify credential management, helping providers stay organized, prepared, and in control.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any CCS Pro Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using CCS Pro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To use CCS Pro, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Account Registration

CCS Pro is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Free Trial

CCS Pro offers eligible users a 14-day free trial.

During the trial period, you may access eligible platform features without providing payment information unless otherwise stated.

At the conclusion of the trial, continued access may require the purchase of a subscription.

CCS Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

6. Subscription Plans

CCS Pro offers subscription-based access to its platform.

Subscription pricing, available features, and billing information are displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated periodically.

Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your selected plan.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CCS Pro or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees.

7. Payments

By subscribing, you agree to:

CCS Pro provides tools to organize credential information but does not verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of information submitted by users.

9. Document Storage

Users may upload professional documents including, but not limited to:

  • Professional licenses
  • Certifications
  • Education records
  • Work history documentation
  • Malpractice documentation
  • Other credential-related files

You retain ownership of all uploaded documents.

By uploading documents, you grant CCS Pro permission to securely store and process those files solely for providing platform functionality.

9. Document Storage

You agree not to:

  • Upload false or misleading information.
  • Upload documents you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Circumvent security features.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the software.
  • Use CCS Pro for unlawful purposes.
  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. User Content

All documents, credential information, profile details, and files uploaded by users remain the property of the respective user.

By uploading content, you grant CCS Pro a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that information solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

CCS Pro does not claim ownership of your professional information or uploaded documents.

12. Access Permissions

CCS Pro allows providers to control access to their credential information.

If a healthcare organization requests access to your profile, you determine whether access is granted.

You may revoke access in accordance with platform functionality.

Organizations may only access information that you authorize.

13. Intellectual Property

CCS Pro, including its software, website content, logos, graphics, user interface, workflows, and documentation, is owned by CCS Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • License
  • Reproduce
  • Create derivative works

without prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

CCS Pro may integrate with third-party providers to support certain platform functionality.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

CCS Pro is not responsible for third-party products or services.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCS Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Missed deadlines.
  • Lost professional opportunities.
  • Errors in user-provided information.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CCS Pro during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CCS Pro, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your uploaded information
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws

21. Account Suspension and Termination
